Macu's Gourmet Cookies started with one goal: bring proper, small-batch, brown-butter cookies to Addis Ababa — made fresh, never mass-produced.
What began as orders among friends has grown into a standing menu and pop-up events across the DMV, where Macu's brings the same cookies, made the same way, to a whole new city.
